Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, please contact us at support@shopherglow.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for the wrong size or a defective item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
